Eagle Ridge Christian School desires for all of its students to excel academically. Therefore, ERCS utilizes a variety of curricula and teaching methods to enable all students to reach their full potential. From preschool through high school a love of learning is cultivated through the use of challenging yet enjoyable learning experiences. Curriculum, teaching methods, and learning experiences are designed and employed to meet the growth, development, and educational needs of each student. Preschool and elementary teachers design their lessons to include hands on and experiential learning time that incorporates a multiplicity of learning styles.
Junior and senior high teachers provide activities that cultivate the student's ability to analyze, critique, and solve problems in all areas of the curriculum. Since success in high school is the foundation for success in their postsecondary education, teachers stress study skills, organization, and time management to their students. Students at Eagle Ridge are set on a course of study that will provide them the tools to succeed in their post secondary pursuits as well as their every day lives. Beginning in elementary school, hard work, dedication, honesty, and integrity are emphasized to the students.
